How a service call works

1. Tell us what’s wrong. Book online, or call us, with your job number if you have it. A photo or two by email helps the engineer bring the right parts.
2. We call to arrange a visit, on a day that suits you.
3. Our engineer puts it right: adjusting, repairing or replacing what’s needed. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you, and come back to fit it.

What our engineer looks after

• Windows that stick, won’t lock, won’t close properly or let in a draught
• Front and back doors that drag, drop or catch, and locks and cylinders that stick
• Patio, French and bifold doors that have stopped sliding or folding smoothly
• Conservatories: doors and windows that stick or won’t lock
• Roller garage doors: a motor that’s stopped, or a remote that’s gone missing

Under guarantee?

Each maker guarantees its own product, and the cover differs from one to the next: Hallmark composite doors carry a 10-year warranty, for example, and Ultraframe guarantees its roofs for 10 years. Tell us when it was fitted and we’ll explain what’s covered before the visit. One customer’s bifold doors, fitted in 2021, were checked and adjusted in 2026 at no charge.
